At first it can be hard... It will hurt, because your muscles was sleeping for years... But the pain is pleasant, because You feel how the energy returns to you. You can choose to focus on pain and how hard it is to atsisakyti something sweet in the evening. OR you can focus on the changes, on that wonderful feeling when you go to sleep with empty stomach - giving it time to relax... And wake up in the morning full of energy and light! Just don't give up and when you see results it will become an addiction.
p.s. don't weight yourself everyday, don't think about how much you need to lose, imagine yourself with ideal weight, ideal shape and it will become your reality!
