How to Chew your Food?

It's very important to chew your food correctly. You have to chew one kasnį for about 70-100 times. To get this habit when you get one bite leave your meal and fork on the table and chew it, think about the taste... You can swallow it when it feels like you are chewing water :) if you eat like that your meal portions will soon get smaller and you will get satisfied faster!
