Be with successful people and you will be Successful

I was planning to share with you wonderful raw vegan salad recipe, but I felt duty to say something what's on my mind. Every time when I look around I see lots of people who are happy about themselves, who love their life, eat healthy, exercise, travel... And I try to surround myself with these kind of people. But I see lots of sad, exhausted, unhealthy people, who want to change, but don't have enough will power to start. Many of them have tried some diets or sports, but they quit. Yet the truth is, that we start to grow only out of our comfort zone and after few months we realize, that our previous "comfort zone" wasn't that comfortable. :) And now, when we start to exercise, to do something we love, to create, to explore and learn new things about ourselves, our body, it's needs... This is what really feels great!

Before I made a decision to change my life forever I had some experience with temporary diet and fitness challenges. I had some results, but I hadn't any knowledge about healthy lifestyle and once I tried any alcohol drink or junk food I turned out to my unhealthy lifestyle, because I loved it and it was comfortable for me. I was crying, because I wasn't in the best shape, I wanted to change and I knew, that I can do it, but I hadn't enough will power for it. And no matter how much you see motivational stuff or how much you want it, YOU HAVE TO DO IT. It's the only way.

Your changes must start from within, you have to love yourself and do everything because you love your body. I hated running couple months ago, but I run because I love my body and I know, that it's one of the best thing I can to for it. Now I'm running much more easier, but it's still hard to breath and convince my mind, that I can do it. But I feel like I'm starting to love running, I start to feel my body, to feel strength and finally to see positive results not only in my body, but also in my life. Because if you run, if you go out of your comfort zone daily, you have more energy and focus in your job and other life spheres.

One more thing - TAKE CARE ON YOUR HEALTH, if you start something new, get knowledge about it! 3 years ago, when I was 16 I wanted to lose weight and clean my body, I used to eat everything - meat, pasta, cheese, lots of chocolate and I decided to eat raw for 5 weeks. It was winter, in Lithuania (middle of Europe) where aren't too much vegetables and fruits on this season, and by that diet I had to eat only vegetables and couple of apples per day. I didn't know what to eat so I basically ate only tomatoes and some cucumbers for two weeks. I was feeling sick, my head was dizzy all the time and after two weeks I had terrible stomach ache, so I went back to my normal diet. After that I was reading about healthy eating, one year later I became a vegetarian, but still kept eating "shit" and only now, when I turned 19 I get much more knowledge about healthy lifestyle and keep learning about it daily. Now I'm vegan with rare exceptions, never felt better! Always trying some new raw/vegan recipes, running, exercising and have so many plans for the future!

I have to admit, that to become healthy was the best choice I have ever made, tho the other best choice was to say "hi" to my husband when we met for the first time :D
