The nature helps to calm down your mind, relax and just be in the moment... ♥ today I was making my first plant based - vegan dessert and it was so good! I will deffinitely make it again tommorow, my husband was overwhelmed as it's vegan and SO DELICIOUS! I call them banana bites:
If you want to make these you will need only 1 or 2 bananas, peanut butter and dark (vegan) chocolate :)
Slice the banana add peanut butter, melt the chocolate and cover with it you banana bites - this part was the hardest, tried to make it beautiful, but... tommorow it will look better, I know it :D
This snack or dessert is healthy, but you shouldn't eat it late at night, the best time for it is before your lunch. :) and if you have time you can make peanut butter at home, so it will be even more healthy.

And for luch I tried to make vegan rice with cauliflower and sunflower sour cream. It was super tasty! :)
If you have a child or younger brother and it doesn't want to eat vegetables, make a raw cocktail! We made this cocktail yesterday and today Vejas (Wind) asked for this "leaves cocktail" as he call it :) He just love the taste, though he doesn't eat salad and I love to look at him when he eats or drinks healthy and savoring it.
Recipe: 1 big banana, 2 large handfuls of spinach, 2 glasses of water, few drops of lemon juice, cinnamon and one tablespoon of honey. :)
