Wow! It was just an amazing day... I learned a lot and found some interesting books and sayings... :) on the other hand almost all the time I was thinking about chocolate... Almonds covered in chocolate, mmm...!!! I don't think it is a very bad dessert, if you don't eat too much, but I had control over myself and I chose to eat berries and watermelon :)
But I know that somedays it's SO HARD not to eat something sweet... And there are days when we want those chocolate cookies so much, that we can't do anything about it! I was so interested when I found this book on the internet, I think it will help me on these kind of times, what do you think about it? The only thing what disappoints me is recipes with meat and fish, but well... I know there are people out where who are not vegans yet and it's ok... probably.
Guilt Free - Glutan Free - FAT BURNING dessert recipes! IS it possible??! Seriously... what could be better for women? Eat desserts and don't get fat - dream of my life, haha :D
But don't step over, even if it's healthier I think you still shouldn't eat TOO MUCH of them :) fruits and berries are your best friends!
