Hello, my dear readers :)
I usually post something inspiring and motivating and now I want to share with you how do I motivate myself. :)
Today was the third day when my husband and I were running in the morning before all the day starts... It feels so good after running! Before it it's not that good, thought :D
Yet I don't really like running, it's hard to breath for me. Before running I sometimes think maybe I should go back home and do some squats and other home workouts, it should be enough for me, I want chocolate, I don't want to run...
And then I need to encourage myself that it's hard only at the beggining, it's hard to breath, because my body is not yet accustomed to such exercise and it won't always be like that. Besides I love the view when I run and I love the feeling AFTER running ( YES, I DID IT! ). I know that after few weeks I will love running and I will feel amazing. Everyday is one step closer to my dream life, not only my dream body.
And one more thing! After running I don't want chocolate! I want lots of fruit, water, but not chocolate. So I think that the more I will workout, the less sweets I will eat. It's all connected, once you change something, everything will change. :) But I don't want dramaticaly change everything, it's better to do it step by step. For now I still eat chocolate, but not much and I don't eat sweets after lunch.
