TRY IT FOR A WEEK

Try it for one week:
✔ Do morning exercises , feel your body
✔ Eat fruits for breakfast (no coffee)
✔ No TV while eating
✔ Eat in front of a mirror. Naked . (optional :) )
✔ Snack right
✔ 20 squats, 20 jumping jacks, 20 crunches, 5 push ups daily
✔ Drink 8 glasses of water per day
✔ Light dinner - vegetables, salad, raw cocktail
✔ After 8pm your kitchen is closed. Drink only water
✔ NO fizzy drinks
✔ Walk in nature for 20min every day
✔ Go to sleep at 10-11pm
