MORNING
Wake up as early as you can. My goal is to wake up at 4-5am, it's perfect time to start your day. Now I wake up at 7-8am. :) I go to the shower and then I always do 5 TIBETAN RITES, it helps me to wake up and start my wonderful day. If you do these Tibetan Rites you will be more likely to workout that day. :)
Sometimes after Tibetan Rites I sit few minutes in peace and then I do my workout. But usually I do it before lunch or late in the evening.
Every morning I drink at least 2 glasses of water (water with lemon is great choice) and during all day I drink about 8-10 glasses of water. You must drink a glass of water before you eat every meal, but don't drink after it, because you will extinguish the digestive fire.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I usually eat fruits - apples, oranges, bananas, pears or some other ones and nuts. Or you can drink raw fruit/berries/greens cocktail. :)
After this light breakfast you will be full of energy and happy mood. :)
LUNCH
LUNCH
For lunch you can eat every cereals, vegetables - everything what you want :) I usually eat vegetable stew with rice. Your lunch should be around 11am - 2pm
DINNER
Dinner... Ahh in the evening I usually want something sweet, but I eat vegetables salad with some hemp seeds or other nuts/seeds to get my protein, or some vegetable soup. At times I eat a fruit or drink a cup of tea if I want something more.
Dinner shouldn't be heavy. I sometimes even skip it if my lunch is quite heavy... I love to go to sleep with my empty stomach, it needs to rest too :)

By the way I love snacks, but I try to make it as healthy as possible. I try to always eat fruits, nuts or something raw.
I DO NOT EAT WHITE BREAD, GUMMIES, CHIPS, MEAT, FISH, I DON'T DRINK ANY FIZZY DRINKS OR ALCOHOL and I'm about to stop eating eggs and milk products.
But I love chocolate... I love cakes and cookies. So I eat them sometimes, but ONLY TILL 12am. I stopped eating them after lunch, so if I eat a candy in the morning it's gone after my workout :)
THE MOST IMPORTANT - STOP EAT SHIT and STOP EAT AT NIGHT. After 7pm your kichen must be closed. DRINK WATER - it's your best friend. :)
MY WORKOUTS
I love to write down everything, so here is my new challenge. :)
50 squats
50 jumping jacks
5squat jumps
15 push-ups
60 sec wall sit (the hardest one)
I usually warm up by dancing (One Republic - Counting Star - great song), so I make lots more exercises, but it's my improvisation, you have to make your own :D after my workout I do some leg lunges and other exercises for legs, because I want to do a splits :) and since now I have some more exercises, I think these will get us great results! >> workout for curves
I hope you find some useful tips, but it is just what works for me... You must find your way to your healthy lifestyle. :) I can help you, I can motivate you, but for now I don't have all the information to share with you. ;/ but I know that one day you will see my book with best tips and inspiration stories, recipes and photos! But now it's just my healthy lifestyle beggining... So all I can do is share with you my basic tips and this weight loss program for women, it took three years to make this program (to find differences between women and men's metabolism) and in my opinion it's the best you can find for now, until I haven't written my own book, haha :D
